How many users/seats do I have with my Smart Sector Intelligence license?

There is no limit to the number of users/seats within your organization and it is included in the base line price. Anyone within your organization will have access to the platform automatically as long as they have a corporate email domain.

How often is the data refreshed?

You’re able to refresh the data as often as you would like to, though we recommend quarterly updates as best practice to see moves/changes in your economy. We will provide you with a full price for doing this as part of your onboarding process.

Where do you get the commercial/business level data?

We’ve partnered with some of the worlds leading providers of business level data and select the best fit for your project on a case by case basis. Before you commit to buying a license we will provide you with an estimate of the number of businesses we can anlyse so that you know exactly what you are getting.

What about businesses without a website?

Many times, through our data partnerships, we will still be able to pick these up but we wont be able to enrich them as well. We’ll still have a NAICs code however and we can map this to the closest smart sector.

How do you deal with a business that is involved in multiple lines of business?

We’ll attach them to a primary sector as selected by the AI and then further enrich this record with topics. You’re then able to filter on topics to see what industries the businesses are involved in.

How long does a Smart Sector analysis take to deliver?

SSI can be delivered in as little as 4 weeks depending on the level of customisation that is required in any deployment.

Do I have to be heavily involved in the deployment/development of the solution?

No, our experts lead this work. We ask that you make time for a 1-2 hour workshop session so we can fully understand your priorities, how you want to use the solution and what you want to get out of the product – and then we do the rest!

I still have to use NAICS/SIC codes for some of my work, can this help?

We recognise that NAICS and SIC codes still play an important role in your day to day reporting and so we enrich each record with the appropriate codes. Our X-ray feature than helps you explore how industry codes relate to Smart Sector’s in even more detail.
